Shipments and returns

Delivery shipping costs are free for every order if the shipping address is in Europe, 20,00€ will be added if the customer does not reach the amount of 200,00€ in the order and the shipping address is in any other part of the world.

Return shipping costs will be at your expense, unless you are returning the Goods by hand to Laura B at Pla de Palau 2, pr.2 08003 Barcelona, Spain.

Indeed, if you are not satisfied with the Goods you have purchased, irrespective of the reason, and you want to return them, you shall send them within fourteen (14) calendar days of the date of delivery, after notifying Laura B at Pla de Palau 2, pr.2
08003 Barcelona, Spain, or by email at laurab@laurab.info, of your decision to withdraw your order through an unequivocal statement.

Should this be the case, please consider that:

• You shall return the Goods along with the purchase receipt; and

You may only return purchased Goods:

• That are unwashed and unworn (excepting reasonable wear and tear as a result of checking and trying on the Goods);
• That are complete (more-piece sets must be returned together);
• That have all tags on (including hygiene seals, if any).
• That are not special orders, make to measures Goods.

Returns may be done by courier service, at your expense, simply packing the Goods you wish to return (you may use the original packaging), contact the courier service that you prefer and arrange a pick-up date and time.
